• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional lawn mower
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (required)
• Valid Social Security Number (required)
• Must be available to work 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Must know how to drive a truck with trailer and back it up safely
• Must know how to maintain and repair mowing equipment (oil, blades, belts, etc.)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment are essential
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. And handle physical outdoor work

• Mow residential and commercial lawns using commercial-grade equipment
• Edge and trim along sidewalks, flower beds, and driveways
• Blow off grass clippings and debris from all hard surfaces
• Perform daily maintenance on mowing equipment (cleaning, checking blades, fluids, etc.)
• Drive truck and trailer safely to job sites and follow assigned routes
• Maintain high-quality standards in every property serviced
• Follow instructions and complete jobs efficiently and on time
• Communicate clearly with the team and supervisor about job progress
• Report any equipment issues or property damage immediately
• Work respectfully and professionally at every client’s property
